TITLE: Residential Property Lawyer
LOCATION: Staffordshire
SALARY: £40-50k (DOE)

THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will manage and oversee their own caseload from start to completion, including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold properties, new builds, shared ownership, equity transfers, right to buy transactions, and lease extensions.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with any level of PQE with prior experience in conveyancing. Applicants must have a solid technical understanding of residential property law and demonstrate the ability to efficiently manage their caseload, ensuring deadlines and targets are consistently met.
