PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR NQ – 2+ PQE, SURREY, SALARY £35 - 40,000 (DOE). Excellent opportunity to develop your career with this firm’s growing private client team on a permanent basis, with hybrid working available. Job ref: 215298418

The appointed Private Client Solicitor will be dealing with a range of non-contentious matters relating to wills and trusts, and lasting powers of attorney, as well as probate tax advice and trusts, offering guidance to a variety of clients navigating challenging circumstances.

• The firm are considering both qualified solicitors and legal executives for this position, with experience ranging from NQ – 2 years’ PQE.

• The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and a dynamic approach to their work, with enthusiasm and ability to work effectively within a team environment. You will be responsible for undertaking fee earning work, meeting deadlines and agreed upon targets, and engaging in marketing and business development efforts.

• You must possess excellent interpersonal skills when engaging with clients, demonstrating particular sensitivity to the vulnerabilities of certain individuals to deliver effective legal advice during a distressing period.

• You will receive supervision and support from this highly experienced team, helping you further develop your knowledge and expertise in order to develop your own specialist area of work.
