Commercial Property Solicitor:
You will be responsible for a varied caseload of commercial property matters including sales and purchases, mortgages & security, preparing and negotiating leases, subleases, assignments and licences. The work is varied, and you will manage your own caseload, offer support to junior members of the team, and engage in business development. You will be experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of commercial property law, confident working without supervision and enjoy being in a client facing role. The opportunity will suit a Solicitor who thrives in a busy work environment and has exceptional client care skills.
