• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE looking to secure a new role with a progressive law firm.
• You will have a solid background in handling a range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, creating and renewing business leases and the right to buy and acquire.
• Experience of agricultural land and development would be advantageous.
• The ideal candidate will have handled their own caseload, be able to generate fees and have an interest in business development.
• You should be able to demonstrate effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
