Family Solicitor (Maternity Cover)

FAMILY SOLICITOR - MATERNITY COVER, 3 + PQE, WEST MIDLANDS, £30,000 - £45,000 DOE. A reputable law firm in the West Midlands is looking for an experienced Family Solicitor to join their team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. JOB REF: 7827

•This role is to cover maternity leave however the firm expect to offer a permanent role at the end of the period.

•As part of the role, you will be required to take part in the firm’s Networking and Business Development activities.

•The appointed solicitor will be responsible for managing their own caseload of complex cases, including Private Law Children Matters, Divorce, Financial Settlements, Domestic Violence, Separation, and other related family law matters.

•Applications are open to qualified solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE and experience dealing with complex and time-sensitive matters is required, as well as the ability to take matters from instruction to completion.

•The ideal candidate will have experience managing their privately funded caseload.
