What you will be doing:
• Your role will entail, assisting with file setup, drafting contracts, handling enquiries and redemption statements
• You will also run a varied caseload including, freehold sales and purchase, leasehold sales and purchase, shared ownership, right to buy and remortgage
• It would also be beneficial to be competent in transfers of equity, new builds and help to buy shared equity
