THE ROLE:
The appointed Solicitor will manage a diverse caseload encompassing all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, shared ownership transactions, right to buy schemes, remortgaging, equity transfers, new build transactions, and help to buy shared equity arrangements. You will offer guidance, support, and advocacy to clients, always upholding the highest level of client care and service.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 5 + years’ PQE in residential conveyancing and in depth knowledge in the conveyancing process. It is essential the appointed legal professional will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
