PQE: 3 years’ + PQE
LOCATION: Kent
SALARY: £45,000 + DOE

THE ROLE:
This expanding regional firm is looking for a Private Client solicitor to join its busy Private Client department. The firm supports professional development and studying, and this opportunity offers the successful candidate long term career progression.

This is a busy role covering all aspects of private client work including:
• Estate and Care Fees Planning
• Wills and Will Writing
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection
• Trusts and Trust Administration
• Probate and Administration of Estates
• Inheritance Tax Planning and Investments
• Charities
• Deputyship

CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidates will have had experience of a broad range of Private Client matters and must be capable of managing and prioritising their own caseload and have excellent time management skills. Applicants should be friendly and approachable and able to put clients at ease. STEP is preferred but not essential, and the firm welcomes applications from those who are keen to take the qualification and are generally ambitious and proactive.
