EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR, 3 YEARS’ + PQE, BEFORDSHIRE, FULL/ PART TIME, UP TO £49,000 DOE (PRO RATA)

This expanding firm prides itself on the high-quality employment law services it offers to both employees and employers. The firm advises a range of businesses from micro-businesses to large companies with UK branches.

The ideal candidate will have:
• 3 years or more PQE
• experience representing both employees and employers in contentious and non-contentious matters
• knowledge of the law on restrictive covenants, unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, whistle blowing and TUPE
• prepared contracts of employment and staff handbooks
• advised on settlement agreements
• drafted ET1, ET3, particulars of claim and grounds of resistance and
• appeared at the Employment Tribunal, at least on preliminary matters.
