JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3+ years
LOCATION: Cumbria

THE ROLE:
The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be managing their own busy and varied caseload of property transactions. You will be handling the full range of conveyancing matters including leasehold properties, unregistered titles and new builds. You will also be expected to contribute to the residential conveyancing team’s business development activities.

THE CANDIDATE:
We are looking to speak to talented Residential Conveyancers who have a track record in managing their own caseload with minimal supervision. You will have great communication and relationship building skills, as well being able to thrive in a team environment.

On the edge of the Lake District, this law firm is known across the region for its provision of quality legal services to commercial organisations and individuals alike.
