JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
EXPERIENCE: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Dorset
SALARY: £35,000 - £45,000 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity has become available for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with upwards of 3 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be able to handle their own caseload of matters to include, sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work, and new plot purchases. The successful conveyancer will liaise closely with the team, providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing. This role requires the successful Conveyancer to take on existing case load with the support of a very experienced assistant. Experience in Commercial Property is desired but not essential.

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed conveyancer will be personable and charismatic with previous experience in dealing with a full range of residential conveyancing transactions and be able to run your caseload with minimal supervision. You will be extremely organised, highly motivated and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
