OVERVIEW:
This long-standing, full-service firm handles a variety of civil litigation work including, commercial and residential property disputes, contentious probate, debt claims, contract disputes, building disputes, professional negligence, defamation, libel and slander. The successful Civil Litigation Solicitor will be between 5 and 10 years’ PQE, have experience of running your own caseload, knowledge of across a range of civil litigation matters and dispute resolution experience.
