Regulatory Solicitor

Regulatory Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Cardiff / Hybrid, £65,000+ (DOE) - This leading national law firm is looking for an experienced Regulatory Solicitor to play an active role in the development of the department. JOB REF: 7408.

• Applications are sought from Regulatory Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE looking for a new challenge in their career.
• The team acts for businesses and other organisations in a very wide range of regulatory and criminal law matters.
• You will work on a varied caseload of regulatory matters to include conducting prosecutions, provision of criminal law training, professional misconduct, provision of advice to tribunals and contentious alcohol licensing work.
• Experience of criminal advocacy and case preparation is essential
• You will have exceptional communicational skills and work well within a team environment.
