Job Description
• Applications are sought from Risk & Compliance Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE within a similar role.
• You will advise on a range of issues across the breadth of BRICS issues (business risk, investigation, compliance and secretarial team).
• You will work with all other teams within the Corporate Department and various departments across the firm.
• You will be responsible for preparing due diligence reports for vendors, purchasers and investors, and undertake full share history analyses for companies to identify issues and prepare documents to correct any errors.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and be a real team player.
• The firm have had significant growth over the past few years with plenty of exciting prospects for the future.
