Banking & Finance Solicitor, 3-5 Years PQE, Birmingham, £65,000 - £75,000 (DOE) – An exciting new opportunity to join a leading law practice in Birmingham. JOB REF: 7357.

• Joining an established banking team, you will be responsible for a variety of legal work including corporate lending, leveraged finance, asset finance, real estate finance (both investment and development), project finance and invoice discounting work.
• Applications are sought from Banking Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE with solid grounding in banking and finance including experience in leverage finance and real estate finance
• You will work with a range of clients across a broad spectrum of sectors including borrowers, lenders and investors.
• You will also be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate a good commercial acumen to others.
• You will also have good negotiation skills and the ability to think on your feet and deploy knowledge in changing situations.
