BANKING & FINANCE LITIGATION SOLICITOR 5+ PQE, OXFORDSHIRE, EXCELLENT £ SALARY + BENEFITS (DOE). The appointed Solicitor will become part of this dynamic firm's growing Dispute Resolution team, collaborating closely with experienced Secretaries, Solicitors, and Directors.

• The ideal candidate should possess extensive conveyancing experience across a variety of areas, including (but not limited to): Asset finance litigation, urgent applications for delivery up, Guarantee claims, Factoring, Claims involving fraud and tracing, and Professional Negligence matters.

• The role will involve working with the rest of the team on contentious matters. You must also have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client care.

• The firm provides opportunities for further training and development. It is essential that you demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills, along with the ability supervise more junior members of the team.
