PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR, 3+ PQE, HAMPSHIRE, COMPETITVE SALARY. An exciting opportunity for a talented Private Client Solicitor to join a leading regional firm in Hampshire. This role offers the flexibility of full or part-time work. JOB REF: 7332

•As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be an integral part of this thriving team, handling a diverse and engaging caseload of private client matters.

•Your responsibilities will include drafting wills, handling probate and estate administration, managing tax and trust matters, preparing lasting powers of attorney, and working on Court of Protection cases.

•To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years PQE and will have confidence in delivering a comprehensive range of private client services.

•Experience in contentious probate matters and STEP membership would be desirable but is not essential.
