JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor
PQE: 2+
LOCATION: West Sussex
SALARY: £30 – 45,000 + DOE

THE ROLE:
This leading, regional practice is looking to hire an additional Fee-Earner (with 2+ years’ PQE) to join their wills & probate department of 6 Fee-Earners (plus 6 support staff). The team offers the full range of advice relating to private client work, including (but not limited to) wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, administration of estates and deputyship applications,

THE CANDIDATE:
My client is looking for an experienced (2-3 years’ PQE minimum) and knowledgeable Fee-Earner who is able to provide clients with the support and legal advice they need with an empathetic approach, always working towards developing a practical and straightforward solution for clients. You should be able to manage your own caseload unsupervised and will possess excellent communication skills.

SALARY & BENEFITS:
In addition to a competitive basic salary, holiday entitlement starts at 25 days per annum and increases (after 2 full years) by 1 day per year to a maximum of 30 days. Private Healthcare cover is offered to all staff after a 3-month probation period. Auto-enrolment pension (4% employee contribution, 4% employer contribution).
