OVERVIEW:
•You will manage a caseload of housing disrepair claims from start to completion, ensuring timely and efficient progress.
•Advise clients keeping them informed throughout the process.
•The appointed candidate will liaise with landlords, housing associations, and local authorities to negotiate settlements or pursue litigation when necessary.
•A case handler with three years of experience, proficient in managing cases while ensuring full compliance with statutory legislation and relevant case law.
•Strong communication skills
•Meet tight deadlines
