JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
PQE: 3 years +
LOCATION: Kent
SALARY: £45,000- £70,000 DOE

This well-established, regional firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its expanding property team. THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, leases, and transfer of equity; as well as some commercial property matters including acquisitions and sales of businesses, refinancing and utilities agreements. The appointed candidate will manage their own caseloads with minimal supervision, liaise with clients, and engage in business development.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be organised, work efficiently and independently, and have experience of managing a high volume of work. The role will suit applicants who are confident, can use their initiative and thrive in a busy work environment. An ability to communicate with clients and effective time management skills are essential.
