RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR:
The appointed Solicitor will manage a busy caseload of up to 100 files and the caseload will consist of but not limited to leasehold, freehold, re-mortgages, new builds. You must be adept at managing a high-volume Residential Conveyancing workload, have a strong understanding of property law and regulations and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
