COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 3+ PQE, KENT, EXCELLENT SALARY WITH BENEFITS. Opportunity for flexible / hybrid working, free conveyancing on your residential property (subject to 6 months employment), 25 days holiday + bank holidays, cark parking and season ticket loans, and discretionary bonus scheme. The appointed candidate will be dealing with a range of matters relating to Commercial Property, advising a range of clients and developers to provide excellent client care.

• The firm are accepting applications from Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives with at least 3 years post qualified experience.

• The role will involve running your own transactions while supporting the team with property development caseload. You will be acting on behalf of developers, occupiers, high net worth individuals, retailers, lenders, and borrowers.

• You will be responsible for sales and purchases, overages and options, commercial lending, granting and assignment of leases, asset sales and purchases, as well as contracts subject to planning.
