COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 3+ PQE, NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE – Highly rated regional law firm offering hybrid working, healthcare insurance, pension, enhanced family policies and loads more! JOB REF: 7350

• The newly appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be responsible for a diverse caseload of property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, leasehold matters and development projects.

• The position requires expertise in handling landlord and tenant issues, property finance matters, and commercial licences. We value exceptional client service and the ability to develop strong client relationships.

• Applicants should have at least 3 years’ PQE in commercial property law and must have a proven track record in landlord & tenant and property finance matters.
• You will be able to demonstrate commercial acumen and a focus on providing high level client service.

• You will have exceptional communication and client handling skills, with the ability to deal with clients from a wide range of business sectors.

• Senior Solicitors with their own network of contacts are also of interest to the team and will be in a position to discuss a clear path to, if not immediate, partnership.
