REGULATORY SOLICITOR, 3+ YEARS PQE, LEEDS, UP TO C£70000 DOE - Legal 500 and Chambers ranked National Law Firm offering flexible and hybrid working options alongside comprehensive benefits package. JOB REF: 7288

• This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile professional discipline matters involving medical professionals. You will be liaising with medical defence organisations, as well as directly with individuals.
• Working closely with senior colleagues, you will manage a caseload of professional discipline matters, drafting submissions to regulatory bodies, instructing counsel and expert witnesses.
• You will also be required to undertake advocacy at inquest hearings and in front of the General Medical Council.
• The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ PQE handling regulatory matters within the healthcare sector.
• You will have a strong track record in investigating evidence and undertaking advocacy.
