JOB TITLE: Regulatory Solicitor
PQE: 2+ years
LOCATION: Manchester

THE ROLE:
This expanding Regulatory team is looking for an additional Solicitor to join in order to undertake investigations on behalf of a regulator within the Healthcare sector. You will be working closely with an experienced Partner, as well as supervising paralegals within the team. Your role will be varied and include reviewing evidence, conducting interviews, drafting statements and instructions, as well as liaising with clients and witnesses.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE gained in the healthcare, regulatory or insurance fields. You should ideally have gained some experience in investigating or managing the investigation of cases, be familiar with analysing evidence and be well versed in drafting advice, charges and associated documents.

THE PACKAGE:
Salary up to £60,000 plus bonus and benefits including enhanced annual leave, private healthcare and various discount schemes, as well as flexible working options.
