RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR, 2-5 PQE, up to c£40,000 DOE, TYNE & WEAR. •In this role, you'll assist with file setup, conduct searches, draft contracts, handle enquiries, prepare completion and redemption statements, process SDG L applications, draft Land Registry forms, and liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders.

•The appointed Solicitor will run a caseload across all areas of residential conveyancing including freehold sales and purchase, leasehold sales and purchase, shared ownership, right to buy, remortgage, transfers of equity, newbuilds, and help to buy shared equity.

•Applications are open to Solicitors with 2 – 5 years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing and extensive knowledge in the conveyancing process and technical title issues.

•You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
