• Work collaboratively with regional offices and closely coordinate with Sales, Development, and Technical teams.
• Oversee detailed reporting and monitoring of progress, ensuring timely completion of plot sales and part-exchange transactions.
• A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in the residential property sector, with substantial expertise in plot sales or residential conveyancing.
• Proven experience managing high-volume caseloads and a comprehensive understanding of conveyancing procedures.
• Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process, including drafting contract packs, responding to inquiries, exchanging contracts, and adhering to deadlines.
• Stay informed on home ownership programs (e.g., Help to Buy, Homereach) and sales incentive schemes (e.g., Mortgage Holiday, Deposit Top-Up).
• Competently manage plot sales, part exchanges, and resales, including title investigations for both freehold and leasehold properties, responding to inquiries, and preparing title reports.
• Conduct thorough purchaser due diligence, addressing Anti-Money Laundering concerns, including verifying the source of funds.
