CORPORATE SOLICITOR, 5+ YEARS PQE, OXFORDSHIRE, £70,000 - £80,000 PLUS (DOE) - Award winning national law firm, ranked in Chambers and Legal 500. Job ref: 7155

• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE with experience across the education and charity sectors
• The team advises a wide range of clients with a focus on education clients including top ranking universities as well as other global and national charity clients
• You will have good working knowledge of the structure of a range of educational establishments and/or various types of charities.
• You will have your own caseload to manage as well as being part of client teams to work on major projects.
• You will also be encouraged to actively contribute to the corporate team’s business development work and marketing initiatives.
• You will be able to work with minimal supervision and work with a well-planned, logical and commercial approach.
