CORPORATE SOLICITOR, 3-6 PQE, BERKSHIRE, £55-70,000 (DOE). • This position is an excellent opportunity to strengthen the foundation for your career, offering genuine support and development as you tackle challenging technical work from the outset.

• The role will involve representing a diverse portfolio of international and multinational client companies, including those in the private and public sectors, as well as SMEs, start-ups, and owner-managed businesses.

• You should have a solid technical background and be able to demonstrate experience in a range of corporate matters, including M&A, Private Equity/Venture Capital, Joint Ventures, capital market listings/IPOs, restructurings, public company takeovers, and corporate advisory work.

• You will be confident, approachable, and proactive in managing your own caseload while working effectively with the broader corporate team. A strong desire to develop your skills and actively participate in business development is also essential.
