CONSTRUCTION SOLICITOR (NON–CONTENTIOUS), 4-7 YEARS PQE, HAMPSHIRE, £60,000 - £70,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Construction Solicitor to join one of the UK’s leading law firms in Hampshire - JOB REF: 7021.

• Applications are sought from Construction Solicitors with between 4-7 Years PQE in non-contentious construction matters.
• You will work closely with an extensive portfolio of clients on all aspects of the construction process, from across the construction and developer industries – including high profile contractors, suppliers, housing associations, local authorities, education institutions, and private funders.
• This position is suited for candidates that are familiar with JCT and NEC contracts from a construction / property development perspective.
• Additionally experience in PPP or PFT transactions is valuable, as well as knowledge of FIDIC or ICHEME forms.
• You must demonstrate strong technical expertise and commercial awareness, be motivated and have an active approach to your work and networking skills, as you will be a part of the larger construction team.
