CONSTRUCTION SOLICITOR 3+ PQE, LONDON, SALARY UP TO £80-90K (DOE). Excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded construction team with a distinguished Legal 500 firm in the heart of London. JOB REFERENCE: 215296930

The appointed candidate will be joining a dynamic practice, gaining valuable experience across a wide range of construction matters while honing their expertise and advancing their professional development.

• The ideal candidate will have strong previous experience from a well-regarded firm city firm, with expertise in high net worth individuals and high value construction work. The work will be mostly advisory, but some experience in contentious matters would be advantageous.

• You will manage your own caseload, collaborating closely with partners and other departments on related matters. This will include offering advice at every stage of the construction process (onshore and offshore), from planning and design through to completion.

• You will be working with a diverse range of clients, serving as a contact for high net worth individuals, joint ventures, corporate and commercial organizations, institutional investors and developers, industry bodies, and private healthcare providers.

• The role involves supporting more junior members of the team, as well as contributing to business development and growth of the firm’s wider construction practice.
