EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR, 3 YEARS’ PQE, BEFORDSHIRE, FULL OR PART TIME AVAILABLE, UP TO £49,000 DOE (PRO RATA). Exciting opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join an expanding employment law team. JOB REF: 215296457
• This firm is seeking an ambitious Lawyer to join their growing employment team. The appointed candidate will be dealing with a range of contentious and non-contentious matters, advising clients on complex and challenging situations.
• Applicants should have at least 3 years’ experience handling settlement agreements, and preparation of employment contracts and staff handbooks, and have participated in Employment Tribunals.
• It is essential to have an up to date knowledge on restrictive covenants, unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, whistleblowing, and TUPE matters.
