Job Description

EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR, 3 + PQE, LONDON/ HYBRID, PART TIME, 9 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT, £55,000 PER ANNUM FTE. Join a well-established organisation on a part-time basis, working three days per week, for a fixed-term contract of nine months. Job ref: 7213

In this role you will oversee a wide range of employment cases, offering specialised legal guidance and assistance to stakeholders, while representing members in meetings to ensure their needs are met.

•You will handle employment related inquiries, providing guidance on contract matters, salary disputes, company policies, and procedural issues. Additionally, you will oversee and coordinate proceedings, including the preparation of statements and the organisation of disclosure bundles.

•The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience and be able to showcase their expertise through handling a substantial volume of advisory work.

•You will be proficient in managing complex cases and heavy workloads with ease and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with a client-focused approach.

•This part-time position requires you to be in the office one day each week, with Friday being one of your three working days.
