EMPLOYMENT LAWYER, 2 – 5 PQE, NORTHAMPTONSHIRE, up to 50,000 DOE. The appointed Employment Lawyer will provide expert advice on employment law matters, including contracts, policies, and settlement agreements. They will also handle negotiations and mediations to resolve employment disputes effectively.

•You will be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and ensure compliance with relevant legislation while working collaboratively with other members of the legal team to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

•Applicants should have strong technical skills and have at least 2 years’ experience handling a dynamic caseload of employment matters.

•The successful candidate will be proactive and maintain a client-focussed approach with strong interpersonal skills.
