A locum opportunity for an experienced Scottish qualified residential conveyancing solicitor to assist with an increased workload and provide legal advice to Scottish clients in a global law firm. OVERVIEW:
• Provide high quality legal advice to clients on a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including high complexity cases.
• It is essential that the appointed Locum Solicitor is Scottish qualified, with current Scottish practicing certificate as most clients will be Scotland-based.
• This role requires the ability to hit the ground running and handle own caseload independently, without supervision.
• The firm offers this role as fully remote
• The suitable candidate will have the minimum of 3 years PQE
• Initially, this will be a 2 month assignment, with the possibility to remain on an on-going basis afterwards.
