OVERVIEW:

• The successful candidate will have between 2 and 4 years’ PQE gained handling Residential Property matters.

• You will manage a mixed caseload of residential property transactions, including the purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold properties.

• Oversee exchanges, completions, and post-completions, ensuring smooth transactions.

• Advise on financial management issues such as mortgage redemption, transfer of equity, and re-mortgage processes.

• Provide guidance on residential property transactions for new developments, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

• Proactively contribute to business development efforts by expanding the firm’s client base through excellent client service and a strong, accurate approach.
