RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR 2-3 PQE, LONDON, SALARY UP TO £80-90K (DOE). Excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded residential property team with a growing Legal 500 firm in the heart of London. JOB REFERENCE: 215296921

The appointed candidate will be joining a dynamic residential property practice, gaining valuable experience across a wide range of conveyancing matters while honing their expertise and advancing their professional development.

• The ideal candidate will have strong previous experience from a well-regarded firm city firm, with expertise in high net worth individuals and high value property work.

• You will manage your own caseload, collaborating closely with partners and other departments on related matters. This will include residential sales, purchases, and refinancing transactions, as well as plot sale purchases (including off-plan) for high-value developments, portfolio acquisitions, auction transactions, freehold estate disposals, and landlord-tenant matters.

• The role involves a mix of high value residential sales and purchases, particularly focusing on prime London properties, lease extensions, sales of high-end new build developments, and various issues related to agricultural and landed estates.
