JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
LOCATION: Greater Manchester
EXPERIENCE: 2+ years’ experience
SALARY: up to £40,000 (£DOE)

•Our client is looking for a skilled Residential Conveyancer to handle all aspects of the conveyancing process from initial instruction to completion.

•The appointed Residential Conveyancer will handle their own varied caseload of matters including but not limited to, sales, re-mortgages, freehold and leasehold work, and new plot purchases

•You will liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders involved in the conveyancing process.

•Applications are open to Residential Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in handling their own caseload of matters.

•The successful Legal Professional will have good organisational and communication skills and be comfortable working within a team.
