Property Litigation Locum Solicitor – £40 - £50 per hour, 3+ PQE, West Midlands, hybrid. OVERVIEW:

• The firm is looking for highly experienced and qualified locum solicitor that specialises in all aspects of property litigation.
• This role will be accompanied by secretarial support, with experienced team at hand.
• The role will be ideally office-based, but there can be flexibility for hybrid working arrangement for the right candidate.
• The litigation department typically handles complex disputes, often involving the resolution of high-value cases, and will expect a candidate with experience of similar calibre.
• The right candidate will be expected to manage own caseload with the ability and experience to take the cases to trial.
• The suitable candidate will have experience general property litigation matters, including residential possession claims, tenancy disputes, disrepair claims, forfeiture of commercial tenancies and rent arrears disputes among others.
