THE ROLE:
An experienced Property Litigation Solicitor is sought after to join this long-established firm to cover a vacant permanent post within the team. The appointed Property Litigation Locum will deal with a mix case load of both Residential and Commercial property disputes, alongside some debt and consumer matters. Typically, you would be handling a broad range of Property matters which includes commercial disputes, landlord and tenants matters and possession claims. The role will be varied and will require the appointed Property Litigation Locum to be confident in their ability to conduct a file from start to finish.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Property Litigation Solicitors who will have gained a minimum of 3 years’ experience dealing will all types of Property Litigation. The successful Legal Professional will show a willingness to continue to expand their knowledge with a keen focus on delivering excellent service to clients. As an experienced Property Litigation Locum, you will have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
