Property Litigation Solicitor, 1+ Years PQE, Exeter, £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE) - On offer is the chance to work in one of the most highly respected property litigation teams and as you would expect on offer is a competitive basic salary along with comprehensive benefits and hybrid working. • The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will become an integral part of a market leading Charity Property Team.
• Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 1 Years PQE gained with another leading firm.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include title queries, lost deeds, third party rights, landlord and tenant, overages and professional negligence.

• Academic and technical excellence are required for this role, moreover the ability to apply the law both practically and commercially.
