PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR (NEWLY QUALIFIED), BERKSHIRE, £EXCELLENT + BENEFITS. Outstanding opportunity to develop your career with a recognised firm. • The appointed candidate will have the opportunity to handle all aspects of property litigation, covering everything from claims concerning rights of way, easements, drainage, restrictive covenants, profits a prendre and adverse possession claims.
• You may also handle some contentious construction work
• You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and your fellow colleagues, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• You will receive extensive supervision and support from this highly experienced team, also helping you further develop your knowledge and expertise in challenging matters within property litigation.
• You will be responsible for your own clients and caseload, joining a busy team with high quality work and opportunities for business development.
