This firm are seeking an ambitious and driven senior lawyer to join its rapidly growing employment team. The appointed candidate will be dealing with a full spectrum of employment law matters, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations.

• This position is suited for candidates looking for an exciting new challenge that will offer opportunities for genuine career progression, and the chance to expand upon existing employment law experience as you continue to build your own practice and contribute to business development.

• The firm are considering candidates that have experience in general advisory, redundancy, and dealing with unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistle-blowing claims. You should also have experience in TUPE, Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation (including in insolvency situations) and advising on senior executive exits.

• You will have the ability to run your own independent caseload and build a strong rapport with clients and the rest of the team. You will be assisting the partners and supervising junior members of the team.
