The appointed Residential Property Solicitor will be dealing with a range of matters relating to conveyancing, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations.

• You will be expected to manage and oversee your own caseload, as well as develop close relationships with client and key contacts, offering legal advice and support throughout the entire process.

• The firm are considering candidates that have proven experience, excellent technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulatory obligations. This role offers the opportunity for future progression into leadership and team management.

• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
