• Legal 500 Firm, with friendly, dynamic working culture is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its team in Cumbria
• Your caseload will be varied, advising predominantly respondent clients.
• You will be acting for a wide range of clients including SMEs, some plcs as well as public sector organisations
• Opportunity to get involved in non-contentious, advisory employment work and some tribunal hearings
• You will also be encouraged to get involved in business development initiatives, including seminars and training session for clients
• The role will suit ambitious employment solicitors with at least two years’ PQE
• You will have a proven track record managing your own busy caseload with minimal supervision
• This commercial team can provide promising career prospects with in a supportive and flexible working environment
