JOB TITLE: Senior Planning Lawyer / Partner
PQE: 8+
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £80-90,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior Planning Lawyer or Partner looking to join an established firm and team. The team handles a broad range of planning work, including (but not limited to) Section 106 legal agreements, the Community Infrastructure Levy, planning appeals and public inquiries, compulsory purchase and appropriation, listed building and conservation area matters, planning policy and strategic planning advice in the context of commercial property transactions

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is looking for a senior individual with demonstrable experience in planning law. As a senior Planning Lawyer, you should have an appetite for business development and marketing.
