JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor / Partner
PQE: 10+ years

THE ROLE:
The newly appointed Corporate Solicitor / Partner will join this successful Corporate team to play a key role in the development of its services to business. You take responsibility for advising a wide range of clients in areas such as compliance, shareholder and investor arrangements, partnerships, investments and strategic business advice. This is a rare role with the corporate law sector as it gives the Corporate Solicitor the opportunity for focus on governance and advisory work as opposed to transactional matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Corporate Solicitor will be extremely experienced within corporate and company law, with at least 10 years’ PQE. Whilst a following is not required for this position, we welcome interest from Corporate Partners with a local client base looking for their new career challenge. You will have a proven track record advising a broad range of organisations from start-ups, SMEs through to major plcs within all industry sectors. You will be able to demonstrate natural team player and leadership skills, coupled with a passion and enthusiasm for this specialist area of Corporate law.
