With a strong background in property and client relations, Teagan brings a results-driven and relationship focused approach to legal recruitment. Before joining eNL, she built a successful career as a lettings negotiator, where she developed negotiation, communication, and sales skills – all of which now underpin her ability to connect quality legal professionals with leading firms.

Although new to recruitment, she is eager to apply her knowledge and expertise to the legal sector and bring a fresh perspective and enthusiasm for supporting both clients and candidates.

As a consultant at eNL Legal, Teagan focuses on permanent private practice recruitment across the North of England, working closely with law firms and legal professionals to ensure successful, long-term placements.

Known for professionalism, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to understanding people, she is dedicated to building lasting relationships and delivering a service based on integrity, and attention to detail.
