Alicia Forde

Consultant

With a strong legal background as a former Paralegal, I used my understanding of the legal sector to transition into legal recruitment. I began my recruitment career specialising exclusively in locum placements and quickly developed extensive knowledge of the temporary legal market.

Since joining eNL Legal Recruitment, I have expanded my focus to support law firms across the Midlands and South West with both locum and permanent recruitment solutions. I recruit legal professionals within Private Practice from Legal Assistant through to Legal Director level, including Paralegals, Legal Executives, Solicitors and Partners across a broad range of disciplines.

My combination of legal and recruitment experience enables me to understand the challenges faced by both clients and candidates, allowing me to provide a consultative and tailored approach to every assignment.

Whether a firm requires urgent locum cover, support with a strategic permanent hire, or advice on the current legal market, I work closely with clients to identify and secure the right talent. Equally, I help legal professionals find opportunities that align with their skills, ambitions and long-term career goals.

I pride myself on building long-term relationships and delivering an efficient, professional and personable recruitment service across the Midlands and South West legal markets.
