I began my career in recruitment four years ago, initially concentrating on Learning and Development roles, which gave me valuable insight into identifying potential and supporting career growth. That experience naturally evolved into a focus on the legal sector, where I now specialise in permanent recruitment for Private Practice in the Midlands and South West.

My role involves working closely with law firms to understand their culture, values, and long-term needs, while also guiding candidates to opportunities that allow them to achieve their career ambitions. I believe recruitment is about more than filling a vacancy — it’s about creating the right fit that benefits both sides.

What sets me apart is my consultative and relationship-driven approach. By taking the time to really understand the goals of my clients and candidates, I am able to deliver a service that is tailored, transparent, and focused on sustainable success.
